Brief Service Description:
The waste collection is done from every establishment and household. As part of the program, participants no longer dispose their waste in large communal bins but in individual bins provided free of charge by the Municipality (up to 4 bins for various recyclable materials, each with a different color).
These bins are placed in special decorative metal structures that can be locked. All bins are numbered to identify their owners.
The collection of organic waste is proposed to take place 5 times a week, while for the other materials (glass, plastic, paper, aluminum), it happens once a week.
For «Bulky Items» the collection is still done door-to-door, by a prior phone appointment.
In case the Municipality chooses specific areas of particular significance, the use of bins may be completely abolished, provided that it is feasible based on the geomorphology of the area.
